Game/Transaction History

The Game/Transaction History section provides a comprehensive view of your gameplay and transactions.

Net Deposit Position

Your net deposit position is the total of your deposits minus your withdrawals over a specific period of time.

For example, if you deposited $50 and withdrew $30, your net deposit position would be $20.

Deposit Limits

Setting a deposit limit allows you to control the amount of funds you can deposit over a specific period. Once set, you can only deposit up to that value within the chosen timeframe.

You can set a deposit limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis.

For example, if you set a daily deposit limit of $50, you can only deposit up to $50 per day.

Your deposit limit options are:

  • Daily Limit: Resets at the beginning of the next day.
  • Weekly Limit: Resets at the beginning of the next Monday.
  • Monthly Limit: Resets at the beginning of the next calendar month.

The set limits will remain in place unless you choose to change them. Lowering your limit takes effect immediately, while increasing or removing it requires a 24-hour cooling-off period. After this period, you can return to this page to confirm your new limit.

When you reach your set limit, you will be notified and unable to deposit further until the limit resets. Your ability to withdraw funds will not be affected.

Remember, your deposit limit operates on a ‘per calendar’ basis. Any deposits made earlier in the day, week, or month (depending on the selected timeframe) will count towards your limit.

Spending Limits

The Spending Limits tool helps you manage your betting by allowing you to limit the amount of funds you can deposit over a specified period.

Keep in mind that any withdrawals processed during this period are factored into the calculation. For example, if you withdraw $60.00 without depositing, your net position will be -$60.00. If you then set a Spending Limit of $40.00, you would be able to deposit up to $100.00 ($60.00 + $40.00) before reaching your Spending Limit.

You can set a Spending Limit on a daily, weekly, or monthly calendar basis. If you set a limit after the time period has started, any deposits and withdrawals from earlier in the day/week/month will be considered when applying your Spending Limit.

Requests to decrease a limit will be applied immediately, while requests to increase a limit will be subject to a 24-hour cool-off period.

When you reach your set limit, you will be notified and unable to deposit further until the limit resets or a withdrawal is made.

Reality Check

Enabling a reality check will notify you when you’ve been playing on our site for a specified period. It starts from the first bet you place on any of our games and continues running, even if you exit the game beforehand.

When you receive a reality check notification, you must acknowledge it before continuing your activity.

You can set a reality check for 15, 30, or 60 minutes and update these preferences at any time.

Take a Break

Sometimes, you might feel the need to take a step back from gambling, especially if it starts to feel like more than just entertainment.

By choosing to Take a Break, you won’t be able to access your account for your selected timeframe (up to six weeks). During this period, we won’t send you any marketing communications or alter your cash balance. However, any bonus funds or free spins you have might expire, so we recommend reviewing the terms of any promotional offers before taking a break.

If you feel that gambling is becoming more than just entertainment, you might consider self-exclusion.

When you choose to self-exclude, you will not be able to log into your account under any circumstances. Additionally, you won’t be able to create a new account with Conquestador or other sites operating under the same license. Once the self-exclusion period expires, your account will be automatically reopened, except if you exclude indefinitely, in which case your account will not reopen automatically.

Closing Your Account
